What You’ll Do
- Take end-to-end ownership of the user interface, from pixel-perfect design implementation to interactive performance tuning.
- Translate complex requirements into elegant, intuitive, and scalable front-end solutions.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to turn ideas into world-class user experiences.
- Build reusable, maintainable component systems that drive visual and functional consistency.
- Stay ahead of trends in modern front-end development and design systems, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Lead design-focused code reviews, mentor engineers, and elevate the UI/UX bar across the company.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering polished, production-level front-end applications at scale.
- Deep understanding of modern front-end technologies - React (or similar frameworks), TypeScript, modern CSS, component libraries, and testing best practices.
- Strong design intuition - you can critique a Figma mockup, suggest better interactions, and implement them to spec.
- A portfolio or examples of work showcasing high-quality UI execution and attention to visual detail.
- Familiarity with performance tuning, accessibility, responsive design, and cross-browser nuances.
- Experience collaborating with design teams and working in a fast-paced, iterative product development environment.
- Bonus: Experience with animation libraries, TailwindCSS, design systems, or front-end architecture at scale.
