Role Description

We’re building the next-generation legal AI platform - trusted by the leading law firms across the Nordics and the EU. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to help legal teams adopt and scale intelligent technology across high-value, high-complexity workflows.

This is a strategic, high-ownership role focused on nurturing long-term relationships, guiding customers through onboarding and adoption, and ensuring they realize lasting value from our platform. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure our customers’ voices shape the future of our offering.

We’re looking for someone with background in the legal sector, is obsessed with legal AI. The ideal profile brings structure to ambiguity and can thrive in a fast-growing, fast-evolving environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the key partner for a portfolio of strategic accounts consisting of leading law firms across the Nordics and EU.
  • Lead customer onboarding and product rollout, ensuring successful adoption aligned to legal workflows and business goals.
  • Develop deep familiarity with our product and customers’ needs - helping legal teams operationalize AI in their day-to-day work.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to champion customer feedback and shape roadmap priorities.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in close partnership with Sales.
  • Create and refine scalable Customer Success processes, resources, and playbooks.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–8+ years of experience in the legal sector (lawyer, technical role at a law firm, technical consultant etc.)
  • Experience working with or within the legal sector is strongly preferred - particularly with law firms, legal tech, or legal operations.
  • We're open to other backgrounds as well, especially if you’ve worked with enterprise software or complex, high-touch customers.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills - you know how to navigate both operational and executive conversations.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with navigating client data, product metrics, and feedback loops.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in another EU or Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, German) is a plus.
